Poster
All registered participants are welcome to submit an abstract and present a poster at the meeting.
Deadline for abstract submission for all registered participants is March 16, 2015.
FOR STUDENTS
We strongly encourage all registered students and post-doctoral fellows to submit an abstract. Trainee abstracts will be evaluated by a scientific committee. We anticipate that all trainees who submit an abstract will be invited to present a poster at a judged poster session, with two $500 prizes (sponsored by l'Axe éthique et intégrité en santé des populations from the Réseau de recherché en santé des populations du Québec) for the highest quality posters. If an abstract requires revision to meet the scientific standards of the meeting, the submitter will be contacted and given an opportunity to revise and resubmit. A small number of trainee abstracts will also be selected for platform presentations in the plenary sessions.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
To submit your abstract you must be logged into your conference account. From your Registration Overview, select the "Research" tab and "Edit Research" sub-tab. Upload your abstract document as indicated. (Note: Files must be less than 2 MB. Allowed file types: txt pdf doc docx.)

POSTER GUIDELINES
Your poster should be a graphically oriented summary of your research project.
Registrants will be assigned a presentation time during one of the two poster sessions.
Registrants are expected to stand at their posters during the assigned sessions to discuss their work with those interested.
Each poster presenter will be assigned a position. Each presenter will have a net useable space format that measures 115.82 cm. wide x 115.82 cm. tall (3’8” x 3’8”) to exhibit the poster. If your poster is oversized and does not meet the dimensions above, please notify us so that we can ensure adequate space for your poster.
The posters do not need to be laminated. You may make the poster into a one page display, or you may use smaller sheets.
Push pins for poster mounting will be supplied at the meeting.
All posters should be set up on Sunday morning, and will remain on display for the duration of the meeting. Posters should be removed by 10am on Tuesday, April 21.
